Selecting a Real Estate Agent is a personal choice, and the professional you choose not only needs to be qualified and experienced, but also the "type" of person you want to help you.

I have been licensed since 1991, known as Terrie Tarnowski through most of my professional career, and now as Terrie Stewart. With almost 30 year's experience in Calgary, Red Deer, Airdrie, Okotoks, Strathmore, High River and Rural real estate markets, I will listen to your wants and needs and assist you in your real estate requirements with suggestions, help solve problems, staging advice, negotiations, marketing and guide you through it all. Whether you are looking to sell, buy or invest, I can make the process easier.

On a personal level, I am outgoing, personable and honest. I have lived in the Calgary area all my life and have family in Red Deer and Strathmore. My late husband was in the new home business with several builders, but unfortunately passed away in 2010. Since then, I have remarried a wonderful man, hence the name change. I have lived in brand new build homes and renovated older homes, as well I have investment properties, so I have a varied experience to assist you. I also have a great deal of experience with people from varied backgrounds, on a personal and professional level. I value that many of my clients have become friends.

Much of my business has come from referrals through friends, relatives, past clients, and my son's friends and their families. I appreciate every referral that is passed my way and treat them with respect and care that every referral deserves.
